You can register online by visiting www.groundcontrolmining.com/register. To receive advanced registration rates, SME must receive your registration form and payment by June 15, 2020. After June 15, 2020, on-site registration fees apply.
If circumstances require you to cancel your 2020 International Conference on Ground Control in Mining registration, you must do so in writing. Written notice must be sent to email@example.com or by mail to SME Ground Control Conference Registration, c/o SME, 12999 E. Adam Aircraft Circle, Englewood, CO 80112. Cancellations received by June 22, 2020 will receive a refund, less a processing fee of $100. There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations postmarked after June 22, 2020. Substitutions will be accepted in writing at no charge until June 22, 2020. After June 22, 2020, a $25 fee will be charged for substitutions. NO REFUNDS for Registration will be issued after the June 22, 2020 deadline.
Registrants are responsible for cancellation of their own hotel accommodations.
SME has secured a block of rooms at the special rate of $125 plus tax per night. Reservations must be made by July 17, 2020, and are based on availability. Reservations can be made by contacting Hilton Garden Inn at 724-743-5000.
